We are on the hunt for customer focused Sales Agents, Representatives and Professional Telemarketers to join this energetic team.

Main duties will include:
Oubound Sales Agent
Providing competitive insurance quotes / premiums (health, life, income, funeral etc)
Delivering a consultative approach to customers
Meeting expected KPI's including confirmed sales and conversions
Managing customer portfolios
After 6 months with the company you have the possibility of moving to retention group or inbound sales areas
To be successful you will have:
Previous sales experience and a passion for customer service
A consultative approach
Experience in either sales, telemarketing, telesales, retail sales, door-to-door sales etc
A positive and motivated can-do-attitude
Ability to work to targets and computer literacy
Clear communication
Availability to work shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
