With a focus on the management and delivery of a broad range of Facilities Management services, you will drive sales channels with new and existing clients, with a solutions based selling methodology.

Exceptional support across the Senior Management team, you will be well placed to compete in the NSW and Queensland marketplace, with this firm holding strong reputations with property owners, developers, and government organisations.

With an ability to meet targets, and build long term relationship in the Facilities Management sector, you will be well suited to this role.

Strong technical knowledge of Facilities Management, CMMS Systems, NABERS Compliance, Green Building codes, sales pipeline management, and an ability to work as a team will be imperative.

Excellent base salary plus car allowance will form initial points of attraction, with an incentives scheme conducive of high performance.

Reporting to the financial accountant, which is primarily responsible for the gross margin management accounting analyst analysis and development of sophistication and insight around the structure of this report. The successful applicant

In this role to be successful, you need to CA / CPA qualified with previous experience monitoring similar functions. You will have worked in a dynamic environment and have the ability to rotate the work features during the hand to skills. Excellent Excel (macro level) is essential and experience with a large ERP system, e.g. SAP is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to "push back" are the key, as you are closely with senior internal actors.
