Service ManagerLeading Vacuum Pump and Systems Manufacturer, is seeking a qualified and experienced Service Manager to sales, service and repair their product range.
Position overview:
The core functions will be dealing with customers offering our services and products and also need to provide leadership, management and coordination of all workshop activities including managing staff, customer service activities, sales and ‘hands on practical’ application of servicing pumpsDuties and responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the NSW State Manager you must be able to;
• Promote our services and products and be pro-active at all times in seeking additional opportunities with existing and new customers to broaden business opportunities.
• Supervise, manage and lead a small team of service technicians and all workshop activities.
• Assess, repair and service vacuum pumps in an effective, efficient and safe manner. In accordance with the Company quality management requirements.
• Maintain an accurate record of customer details including full histories of equipment and parts usages.
• Participate in manual handling of tasks associated with the pumps in a variety of settings and situations.
• Perform electrical work as required within the skill, experience, and relevant qualification.Would suit:
• Trader with sales aptitude and experience.
• Ability to generate new business through cold calling, telemarketing, and visit new customer
