As an Assistant Consultant your days will be varied and fast paced. You will be responsible for providing a strong focus on customer service and administration which includes all admin related aspects of our recruitment processes (extensive database management), meeting and greeting visitors, the management of all incoming calls, reporting, minute taking and being closely involved with our dynamic team of recruitment professionals.

Ideally you will be Tertiary Qualified in a HR / Business / Social Science field (advantageous not essential). Would be a great entry level opportunity for a Graduate whom has had previous working experience within a professional working environment or has a strong desire to transition into.

You will have intermediate to advanced skills on MS OFFICE and enthusiasm towards or experience in managing a CRM database. Overall, your work ethic will be unquestionable, your attention to detail along with your verbal and written communication will be exceptional plus your ability to demonstrate ownership within a previous admin role will be highly looked upon!
