Healthscope is one of Australia's largest and most respected private healthcare providers and we want you to be part of the team based at Allamanda Private Hospital.  Allamanda Rehabilitation Unit situated in the CBD of Southport on the Gold Coast, encompasses inpatient and day therapy programs incorporating neurological, orthopaedic, amputee, pulmonary, cardiac and general rehabilitation.

Flexible positions available both permanent part time up to 23 hours per week and casual positions exist  7 day service however shifts are predominantly Monday to Friday and can be flexible around school hours to suit working parents The positions are responsible for:

The provision of safe patient care within professional, legal and hospital policy guidelines Assessment of patients within the rehabilitation unit or within acute medical and surgical wards Provision of goal-directed, evidence-based therapy for hospital inpatients and day-patients. Involvement in preadmission services as appropriate Displaying a high standard of customer service skills Provision of education for patients, carers and other team members Essential qualifications: 

Diploma or degree recognized by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency Experience in rehabilitation would be highly valued.  Experience with FIM scoring desirable.
