Our client a global leader in commercial refrigeration seeks an experienced and motivated Branch Customer Service Manager to be based in Mackay.

Primary responsibilities of the position include:
• Direct and control the operations of the Branch within
established standards
• Achieve planned Customer Service levels
• Support and direct Branch staff in the performance of their
duties
• Maximise the effectiveness of Branch marketing, promotion and
point of sale
Essential criteria for this position include:
• Effective telephone techniques
• Advanced numerical skills
• Frontline supervision experience
• Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
• Internal selling ability
• Superior customer service skills
Desirable attributes include experience with:
• Reports & other written correspondence
• Lotus Notes
• Basic Word & Excel
• Providing new employee inductions
• Supervising others
Applicants with a high level of refrigeration industry experience with a strong technical knowledge will be highly regarded.
