The Alfred hospital fundraising Department, the Alfred Foundation, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced fundraising specialist in a dynamic team as a development manager.
Reporting to the Director of the Foundation this position plays an important role in the development, implementation, coordination and management of a wide range of fundraising and philanthropic activities.
Proof of experience and more than fundraising goals, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, well organized and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, this role requires a person with a proven track record in development to secure an important donor program and major gifts and the structure and by building relationships with supporters.
Experience in a top management role with proven ability to motivate and lead is highly desirable employees, and professionalism, discretion and confidentiality is required.
