Their organisation has the diversity of experience and expertise to tackle major projects delivering award-winning Engineering project solutions. They currently have a requirement for Geotechnical Engineers and Engineering Geologists to join the projects team in Wellington operating on national projects.
Your duties will include will specialist technical advice on foundation investigation, quality control of materials, geotechnical analysis and design, and pavement design to clients on a sound technical and commercial basis in the areas of bridging, drainage, structural, retaining structures, subdivision work and road engineering
Experience in preparation and implement contract documentation, specifications, schedules and project estimates is essential. You will also undertake construction supervision and contract administration to required company and standard procedures as required on a project by project basis.
To be successful in this appointment you will have a degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification in an area related to civil/geotechnical engineering with good knowledge of the relevant codes, standards, legislation and practices.
